Install statues of scientists in parks and campuses, and name roads or iconic buildings after scientists; 

Build demonstration venues showcasing the application of major cutting-edge technologies and sci-tech achievements. 

Construct comprehensive science and technology facilities such as science auditorium and science museum; 

Provide various spaces for exchanges, such as science salon, café, and lecture hall; 

Construct popular science infrastructure and hold Public Science Day events to enable the public to enjoy science. 

Promoting international science and technology  exchanges and cooperation.Hold the International Conference on National Comprehensive Science Centers and set up an international cooperation alliance of national science centers; 

Allow different kinds of entities to hold international science conferences and events at different levels.
