Main Contents
Project introduction: The Human Organ Physiopathology Emulation System (HOPE) has been developed to provide an accurate simulation of the physiological and pathological states of the human body, as well as a comprehensive analysis of the complex functions and regulatory mechanisms of the human body. This system is of great significance for life science research and biomedical research and development.
This facility emulates the structures and functions of organs and tissues in the body by preparing organ components and connecting them in a physiological manner to simulate the connections between human organs. It also incorporates technologies such as large-scale in vitro maintenance of functions and big data fitting to simulate physiological and pathological states of multiple genetic backgrounds. This provides a standardised and open application environment for disease mechanisms, drug evaluation, and regenerative medicine.
Four core systems are to be built, namely the organ component manufacturing system, the organ function simulation system, the user-customised application system, and the centralised service station.
