Real-life View of Research Platform for Space-Ground Integrated Environment Perception and Intelligent Response
II. Main Contents
Project introduction: The Research Platform for Space-Ground Integrated Environment Perception and Intelligent Response addresses the significant need for research and governance of cross-media regional compound environmental pollution in China. The platform also promotes the realization of the "fine governance" model for coordinated economic, social, and environmental development and ecological civilization construction in Beijing, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and even the whole country, while also carrying out the construction of the "environmental brain project".
The platform is designed to leverage the big data technology and supercomputing capabilities of the Huairou Science City to conduct large-scale, high-precision, cross-media coupled simulations of environmental pollution, migration and improvement. This platform has been designed to provide an integrated research environment with multi-scale perception, high-precision simulation, scientific diagnosis and intelligent response capabilities. By combining interdisciplinary research, multi-scale perception, multi-dimensional simulation and diversified response, it is developing world-class major scientific facilities for space-ground integrated environment perception and intelligent response. At the same time, this platform is creating a cutting-edge scientific research platform that is internationally leading in the field of ecological environment and driving innovation across the entire value chain.
This project will, under the construction goal, establish a “fine” decision-making support platform, a “precise” simulation and response platform, an “agile” environmental perception platform, an “in-depth” environmental sample and information platform and an “elaborate” open sharing platform under the “fine governance” model of the integrated environment.
The Research Platform for Space-Ground Integrated Environment Perception and Intelligent Response includes three subsystems: the Space-Ground Integrated Environment Perception System, the Environmental Sample and Information Center, and the Environmental Simulation and Intelligent Response System.
