Non-public economic entities or public institutions engaged in scientific research and technological development registered in Huairou (excluding central government institutions in Beijing).

II. What We Provide

Recommend eligible units to the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for the establishment of postdoctoral research workstations.

III. Steps to Follow

1. The units intending to establish a postdoctoral workstation should refer to the relevant notice on the establishment of postdoctoral workstations issued annually by the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (which can be found on the Bureau's website under Government Affairs—Public Notices). They should then submit the relevant materials to the Huairou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

2. Huairou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will review the materials provided by the unit based on the station establishment criteria. If the unit meets the relevant policies of Beijing, the Bureau will recommend the establishment of the station to the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
