Non-public economic units or public institutions engaged in scientific research and technological development registered

 in Huairou (excluding units of the Central Government in Beijing).

II. Services

To recommend to the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau that postdoctoral research workstations be set up in units that meet the conditions for establishing such workstations.

III. Service Process

1. The proposed unit shall submit relevant materials to the Huairou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in accordance with the relevant contents of the notices on the establishment of postdoctoral workstations issued by Beijing Municipality every year (search on the website of the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau—Open Government Affairs—Notices).

2. The Huairou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau reviews the materials provided by the unit based on the conditions for station establishment; if they comply with relevant Beijing policies, the station establishment is recommended to the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
