I. Who We Serve
Talents to be introduced by key innovation entities that are registered and pay taxes in Huairou, having worked in their current unit for at least 2 years, being under the age of 50 as urgently needed professionals, and meeting the requirements specified in the “Beijing Talent Introduction Management Measures (Trial)” (Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau [2018] No. 38).
II. What We Provide
1. Submit the need for talent introduction to the Beijing Municipal Talent Work Bureau.
2. Assist talents who are approved for entry into Beijing with the procedures for transferring to Beijing.
III. Steps to Follow
1. Submitting the Need for Talent Introduction. The employer, in accordance with the “Beijing Talent Introduction Management Measures (Trial)” and the requirements of higher-level departments, will submit the demand for introducing talents to the relevant industry authorities, local authorities, and service units such as the “Qinqing Guanjia” service. After initial review, these units will recommend the talents to the Organization Department of Huairou District Committee.
2. Evaluation of Talent Introduction Need. The Organization Department of Huairou District Committee, based on the “Beijing Talent Introduction Management Measures,” the requirements of higher-level departments, and recommendations from various departments, will select and recommend the talents to the Beijing Municipal Talent Work Bureau.
3. Approval of Application Materials. Once the talents are approved for entry into Beijing, the Organization Department of Huairou District Committee will guide the employer in preparing the necessary materials for the talents to be introduced. After initial review, these materials will be submitted to the Municipal Talent Work Bureau for approval.
4. Handling the Transfer-to-Beijing Formalities: after approval by the Beijing Municipal Talent Bureau, we will assist the proposed talent in completing the transfer procedures.
