Beijing Huairou Science City Construction & Development Co., Ltd. and the Aranya Group have signed a cooperation agreement for the Yanqi International Community project, marking the start of full-scale collaboration. The Aranya team has already kicked off retail-brand recruitment, refinement of architectural and product designs, and the preparation of a full-cycle leasing strategy, marketing plan and operations-management system to ensure the earliest possible opening of the first-phase retail strip in Block A.
Under the agreement, Aranya will take overall responsibility for the community’s operations and sales portfolio—importing commercial tenants, marketing residences, managing supporting facilities and delivering property services. By weaving together Huairou’s strengths in technological innovation, international networking, cultural heritage and ecological resources, the partners will embed Aranya’s philosophy of “return to nature, return to family, return to self” to create an “international lifestyle showcase” serving the Science City and a distinctive “natural-consumption destination” for northern Beijing.
Yanqi International Community sits adjacent to the Yanqi Lake International Convention Capital and is organized into three blocks—A, B and C—with a total above-ground gross floor area (GFA) of 408,000 m2 (residential 207,000 m2; public buildings 201,000 m2). Positioned as a premier international neighborhood for strategic scientists, the project is guided by international, diverse, smart and sustainable development and management principles. When complete, the community will focus on serving top scientists, entrepreneurs, artists, investors and startup talent from China and abroad.

Block A—191,000 m2 GFA—will function as the community’s front door and the Science City’s first urban-living amenity, offering high-end residences, a supporting hotel, international medical and educational facilities, cultural facilities and retail.
