Handling institutions:

2. Zhongguancun Alien Service Hall of Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau (only accepting the applications made by foreigners who work or start up businesses in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park)

3. Alien Exit-Entry Service Hall of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau Chaoyang Branch (only accepting foreigners of enterprises and public institutions in Chaoyang Demonstration Area, who conform to the 10 Exit-Entry Policies of the Ministry of Public Security on Supporting the Expansion and Opening of Comprehensive Pilot Demonstration Areas of the Service Industry, foreigners of enterprises and public institutions in Chaoyang District, who conform to the policies for the whole city in the 20 Exit-Entry Policies on Supporting the Innovative Development of Beijing, and foreigners who meet the conditions for application for work, study, reunion and personal affairs residence permits.)

4. Alien Exit-Entry Service Hall of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau Shunyi Branch (only accepting foreigners of enterprises and public institutions in Shunyi Demonstration Area, who conform to the 10 Exit-Entry Policies of the Ministry of Public Security on Supporting the Expansion and Opening of Comprehensive Pilot Demonstration Areas of the Service Industry, foreigners of enterprises and public institutions in Shunyi District, who conform to the policies for the whole city in the 20 Exit-Entry Policies on Supporting the Innovative Development of Beijing, and foreigners who meet the conditions for application for work, study, reunion and personal affairs residence permits.)

Handling Time: From Monday to Saturday (except statutory holidays) 9:00-17:00

Handling period: The handling of residence permit will be completed within 10 working days upon the acceptance of the application. If a foreigner reserves the application, the handling of residence permit will be completed within seven working days (where the application is accepted on Saturday, the day shall not be included in the working days)
